In the final session of this series, we’ll explore the importance of pre-deciding to be persistent and resilient. Life’s obstacles can either break us or build us, but when we choose to be tenacious in advance, we are equipped to persevere no matter what comes our way.

If we would learn to do this preemptive strike – our lives would be radically better, different, and we would find great joy in the adventure.
