Week 1 - 8/22/07 - Effective Questions

In session one we examine four different case studies where you decide what the problem is with each of the leaders involved. We explore why leaders and followers have trouble making good decisions and the process involved in making effective decisions.

At the mid-way point of this session we take a turn and begin to break down the components of the decision making process. The first element we cover is Asking the Right Questions.

We study the mechanics of what it takes to ask the right questions. Why if you don't ask the right question you will never get to the right answers. And conclude with why this is non-negotiable for a follower of Jesus Christ.

There is an art and discipline to making good decisions. Are you willing to become a better leader and/or follower? The choice is yours!
