Initiative is an essential characteristic for any leader.
A great leader understands the importance of initiative as they motivate, guide, and provide the initial motion for any team, group, or organization they are called to lead. As a servant leader who is going to be successful this is something that must be understood.
So go ahead, take the initiative....
