The Summer of 2005 found CCC moving into the Bronx for a strategic mission event. The event was called Paint the Town.

Paint the Town was an opportunity for volunteers from around the country to join together to paint 20 metro-area schools. CCC sent an "Away Team" of 10 adults which was supported by the PTT Ladder Team that prayed for the team, the ministry, NYC, and specific things each day they were away.
 
The trip was a great success! The away team spent a week painting P.S.63...Author's Academy in the Bronx. Each day began with three subway trains and a Metro Bus ride to get on the school site. Rooms were prepped and painted. The end of the week arrived with the CCC Away Team painting every area assigned and being able to accomplish far more than had been hoped for by the leadership team at the school.

The "411" Partnership
Covenant is in the early stage of a partnership with a with a church ministry in New York City. This church will become a part of the extended ministry of CCC and we will have a number of chances to be actively involved in the development of this ministry.
The 411 is the church in the heart of New York that Covenant is working with in developing this partnership.
