In this introduction to the Core Group series we will take a look at the concept of leading and serving. The two are closely related and according to Jesus you can't be a leader without being a servant. What does it mean and how do we make it happen? The series begins.
Week 2 - 2/23/05 Following the Leader
We continue our series on leading and serving by asking the tough questions about why it is that people are so hesitant to lead. We examine the reasons that leading and following is so difficult. Our discussion reminds us of the importance of servanthood in this leadership model
Week 3 - 3/2/05 Taking Charge
This week we explore some principles that we can learn to lead by. Each and every person influences others. In one sense this is a form of leadership. The principles in this study will help equip each individual to be the best leader they can possibly be.
